DB-850 plastic cup thermoforming machine is a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components, and the whole system was controlled by micro PLC. It operates with man-interface, which can work all by itself. It combines the material feeding, heating, drawing, forming, cutting and transporting into one process.
Plastic cup thermoforming machine is mainly used for production, production of disposable tableware, cold drink cup, yogurt cup, jelly cup, ice cream cup, snack box, plastic bowl, milk tea cover, etc. At the same time also can processing medicine, light industry, textile, tourism, toys, and other relevant plastic packaging products.

3. molding part : the mold with up --down part , complete mold with forming , tensile, cutting and cooling .
we are follow customer 's samples to design mold .
4. Heating oven, we are adopt good Chinese brand (Tianbao, Jiangsu)heater in machine , its could be use Germany heater in machine follow customer requirement also. all heater could be control one by one , its good for machine operate and easy to repair.
5. The mold picture: the customer would be uses different mold producing different products,
we are need customer provide samples or the original 3D drawing for our engineer to make design drawing ,
every mold must be sent design drawing to customer confirm before our manufacturing to make sure all design details correct .
6. the cooling water ,forming air inlet of machine : the red color pipe of air function, the yollow pipe of water function .

we will assign 1 technician to coordinate installation, commissioning and training, the cost for a return flight and suitable accommodation will be charged, and the allowance is USD 80-100 per day.
3. Warranty Service:
12 months limited warranty.
Starting from the date of the machine arrival buyer's place excluding wear parts.
The shipping cost for easy broken parts to be replaced during the warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
