The HY-54/76 automatic forming machine is suitable to form PP, BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC, and PET plastic sheets, etc., which can produce various boxes, dishes, trays, bowls, and lids, such as food boxes, cake boxes, and fast-food boxes, supermarket trays, oral liquid trays, etc.

Introduction of the Machine:

The HY-54/76 plastic thermoforming machine is a combination of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, and the whole system was controlled by a micro PLC, which can be operated in a man-interface.

It combines the material sending, heating, forming, cutting, and stacking counting into one process.

It has three operation models: "manual," "semi-automatic," and "automatic," so it is a new-generation ideal package of equipment with telecommuting and memory reserve functions.
