Product Overview

Application Area:
This machine is suitable for forming HIPS, PS, PP, PVC, PET sheet that can produce boxes, trays, fast food boxes, dishes, lids, cookies tray,egg tray, mobile phone tray & other blister tray.

Technological process:
Carrying material(cylinder drives the chain to work)---heating(cylinder drives the electric furnace to lift in order to make a proof)---pulling( cylinder drives the chain)----lifting the lower die, falling the upper die(cylinder drives)-vacuum forming(vacuum pump air admission )---cooling(gas drives the spray gun to work, electric machinery drives the air blowing).

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Automatic plastic vacuum forming machine.
The whole machine adopts PLC to control the production technical process, tail remember of modern computer. It adopts cylinder verticality pulling-sheet design.
High speed pull sheet to shorten the time. So as to saves electricity to assure the quality of molding.

The heating unit adopts infrared ceramic heating bricks. Each heating brick has itself solid regulator to control temperature, saving more than 50% electricity compared with the traditional machines.

Electric stove adopts enclosed heating device to uniform heat and it can reduce the heat consumption. It is also installed with manual switches to control the verticality lifting of the electric stove which can benefit the control and assurance of during the production process.

And the machine is equipped with wind cool, water cool chassis and high speed cold water spraying device to speed up molding in order to assure the quality of moldings.

Package and Shipment
Our standard packing method is film wrapping. Wooden case packing can be provided according to the requirements, the cost of wooden case packing is required.

One set of DB-720/1200 vacuum forming machine needs a 40 foot container.

A:Usually finish the production within 35 days after received your 30% advanced payment, actually need to check according our stock & production plan.

Q: Terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T with 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. Also we could accept L/C at sight.

A: We will finish installation and training within 15days.

Q: How long is your machine's warranty period?
A: All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from the day when finished installation.

Q: How could we do after one year warranty period?
