Feature:
1. The whole machine adopts PLC to control the production technical process, tail remember of modern computer
2. It adopts a cylinder verticality pulling-sheet design. High speed to pull the sheet to shorten the time to pull. As a result, it saves electricity to assure the quality of moulding.
3. Heater adopts infrared ceramic heating bricks. Each heating brick has itself solid regulator to control temperature, saving more than 50% electricity compared with the traditional machine.
4. The electric stove adopts an enclosed heating device to uniform heat and it can reduce heat consumption. It is also installed with manual switches to control the verticality lifting of the electric stove which can benefit the control and assurance of during the production process.
5. The machine is equipped with wind cool, water cool chassis and high-speed cold water spraying device to speed up moulding in order to assure the quality of mouldings.
6. Two-row chain with tine translates the sheet that assurance of high-speed operation and stability and correctness.
7. Specially equipped with second vacuum, second mould-up, mould-down and the electric-driver adjustment function. So it can make the products with extreme difficulties in processing mould easily and increase the quality of products.
